FINER POINTS:

• Basement and Garage floors are 4” 3500 lb fiber-reinforced
concrete with poly moister barrier.
• Subfloors in first and second floor are ¾” Advantec
secured with construction adhesive glue and fastened to provide a silent
floor system.
• Windows are Marvin brand, Integrity wood frame windows with
fiberglass exterior jambs.
• Exterior Doors are insulated fiberglass or steel.
• Garage doors are R-17 insulated double wall steel with colonial
decorative glass lites.
• Garage doors are also pre-wired for ceiling mounted garage door
openers.
• Well is 220’ drilled with 20 gal per minute recovery rate.
Energy efficient oil fired furnace provides domestic hot water and baseboard
radiant hot water heat.
• Vinyl siding is premium grade .44 thick Certainteed Monogram
double 4” clapboard with white corner posts and accents.
• Front entry boasts a cement stone veneer, fiberglass Mahogany
door with oval leaded glass and two side lites. Entry way is further
accented with an oval window in second floor.
• Roof covering is 30 year rated GAF architectural asphalt shingles
